Responsibilities

• Drive overall F&B revenue growth, profitability, and GOP contribution across both properties
• Define and execute the cluster F&B strategy aligned with brand positioning and market trends
• Lead the development of innovative F&B concepts, experiences, and seasonal activations to position the hotels as dining destinations
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute impactful campaigns, promotions, and brand‑driven storytelling across all outlets
• Strengthen the digital presence and visibility of F&B venues (social media, partnerships, online reputation) to attract both in‑house and external guests
• Optimize commercial performance through pricing strategies, menu engineering, and outlet positioning
