JOB SUMMARY

Driving Procurement operations under multi-property set up of 8 hotels including W Dubai Mina Seyahi The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark Aloft Al Mina Aloft Dubai Airport Element Al Mina Element Dubai Airport. Negotiates with suppliers & vendors and verifies and authorizes purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Advises other departments across all of the hotels on purchasing procedures and maintains full and up-to-date information regarding store inventory.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

4-year bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; or a minimum of 4 years experience in Purchasing or a related field.
