JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Controller is responsible for leading and managing the overall financial operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and international standards. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and cost management, while safeguarding assets and driving profitability. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee, the Financial Controller provides financial insight and strategic guidance to support business objectives, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance long-term financial performance of the property.
