1. End-to-end recruitment for executive-level roles across the region/cluster using job portals, internal referrals, and job fairs, ensuring hiring within defined TAT and timely onboarding for new/upcoming projects.
2. Manage salary negotiations and offer letters, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines and protocols.
Contract & Vendor Management
1. Identify, onboard, and manage local and outstation vendors, ensuring smooth registration and compliance as per manpower needs.
2. Maintain optimal blue-collar headcount across the cluster and ensure contract workforce availability as per operational requirements.
3. Ensure timely uploading of statutory compliance documents , coordinate with vendors for adherence, and conduct monthly supplier evaluations for legal and operational compliance.
