Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the Process Industries Mining business as the Cluster Sales Manager for North America. You will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed assigned Mining orders received (OR) and gross margin (GM) targets, with a primary focus on increasing market penetration and capturing a greater share of customer spend. You will drive sales strategy discussions and align on both short- and long-term growth plans. Frequent travel to customer sites is expected, with an average of four documented customer meetings per week. You will also own the Net Promoter Score and the Customer Complaint Resolution Process, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
