What are we looking for

As Sales Manager Groups & Events at Hilton Hotels and Resorts, you will work on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Minimum 2‑3 years of proactive sales experience in the hospitality industry with strong local market knowledge specializing in Groups & Events.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with a focus on developing and maintaining high‑value client relationships.
• In‑depth understanding of the groups & events markets, including key MICE agencies, corporate clients, government entities and event planners both locally and internationally.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape and sales strategies specific to the hospitality sector and event management.
