Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead CMF from idea to production across multiple categories
• Define colour, material, finish direction across helmets, goggles and eyewear with a supporting role for bikes, bike components, bike accessories and skis
• Translate trend research and brand strategy into executable CMF concepts
• Partner with graphic designers to develop material palettes, colourways, textures, and surface treatments for production
• Build and manage CMF libraries, standards, and seasonal narratives
• Drive prototyping, validation, and production approvals with factories/suppliers, including regular factory travel
• Ensure design intent survives engineering, cost, and manufacturing constraints with QC and compliance teams
