About The Role We're seeking an experienced CMM Specialist to lead advanced inspection and programming in a high-precision machining environment. If you thrive on tight tolerances, complex GD&T, and solving dimensional challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: - Program and optimize CMM inspections using PC-DMIS , Calypso , or MCOSMOS
- Lead and perform detailed dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts using tools such as Smart Scope, micrometers, calipers, CMMs, height gauges, and surface roughness testers.
- Lead & Prepare inspection reports, first article inspections (FAI) reports for review and approvals
- Interpret complex GD&T
- Perform MSA, GR&R, and Cp/Cpk analysis
- Partner with Engineering & Production to resolve dimensional issues
