Manage the day‑to‑day and clerical activity related to his/her categories.
Work closely with the Global Category Manager and support him/her in building and implementing the sourcing strategy.
Understand the projects the New Products and Innovation Team are working on and integrate them into the strategy.
Lead the negotiations with suppliers.
Maintain and track spends for the covered categories.
Build and propose a budget/savings target that supports Galderma’s financial objectives, analyze purchase price variances, and provide an accurate forecast to management.
Implement a three‑year visibility and cost‑improvement program to find initiatives, such as promoting and supporting a multi‑sourcing approach based on risk assessment and market analysis.
