SCOPE OF THIS RFP

The State of New Hampshire needs an external evaluation partner to oversee their Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) — a CMS-funded statewide initiative. The vendor will evaluate five health programs running across New Hampshire, monitor performance data monthly, report findings to state leadership and CMS, and help course-correct when programs are not on track. This is an evaluation and advisory services contract — NOT a staffing placement contract. Contract value is up to $25 million through 2031.



POSITION 6 — CMS and Medicaid Policy Specialist

What they will do: Ensure all evaluation activities align with CMS expectations; support GO-NORTH in responding to CMS questions and attending CMS meetings

Minimum experience needed:

- 6+ years working directly with CMS programs or state Medicaid agencies
