Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Provide full personal care after bathing such as hair care, nail care and dressing.Help patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.Monitor residents for any changes in skin conditions and report to the supervising nurse.Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring proper sanitation.Accurately chart the care provided and any resident observations in the facility's electronic health records.Skills:
