**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our 1st shift team. The position involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components used in spindle repair and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC lathe setup, including making offsets, performing tool changes, holding tight tolerances, and troubleshooting machining processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes.
+ Perform touch-offs, tool changes, and machine offsets.
+ Hold tight tolerances and maintain part quality throughout production runs.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
