**Job Title: CNC Operator**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC 3-axis mills to produce precision components used in composite sealing systems, primarily for aerospace applications. You will begin in the deburr area to learn the company’s finishing standards and then transition to CNC machines that best match your background. Over time, you will have the opportunity to work with various machines and processes, support molding operations, and contribute across different areas of the machine shop in a clean, safe, and collaborative manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Begin in the deburr area for approximately three weeks to learn and demonstrate proper deburring and blending of metals according to quality standards.
+ Set up and operate CNC 3-axis mills, including Mori Seiki and Fadal machines, to produce parts to specification.
