Position Overview

Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling & turning. 
Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. 
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results. 
Load and unload raw materials and equipment. 
Record all machine related actions by completing production and quality logs, keeping detailed records for equipment and procedures. 
Perform necessary maintenance, Coolant Monitoring and cleaning of equipmentdaily. 
Inspect finished product to ensure that results of machining process align with clientexpectations. 
Perform general machine trouble shooting to minimize down time. 
Perform In- Process Measurement and Visual Inspection to ensure the quality of product meets customer requirements.
