Position Overview
Role Objective:
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts and components from metal, plastic, or other materials. The role includes machine setup, programming, operation, quality inspection, and ensuring compliance with production, safety, and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Operate CNC machines efficiently and safely to meet production requirements.
Set up and adjust machines, including speed, material feed, cutting paths, and tooling configurations.
Monitor machine performance to ensure maximum productivity and product quality.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure they are defect-free and ready for the next production stage.
Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines according to specifications and engineering drawings.
