A CNC programmer is responsible for the creation of cost-effective CNC machine programs and tooling diagrams for prototype and production parts under minimal supervision and tight timelines. Interacts as a liaison with the R&D department in the development of prototypes and final transfer of parts to manufacturing. Performs maintenance and optimization of existing machine programs.


Responsibilities :

+ Act as a liaison with the R&D team in the new product development phase, including initial prototyping and ultimately manufacturing transfer at a scaled-up level.

+ At the direction of manufacturing management, perform maintenance and optimization of existing machining processes.
