Eaton Aerospace Group is currently seeking CNC Machinists to join our 2nd shift team. This position is based in our Jackson, MS facility.

The core hours are 3:30pm to 12:00am. The hourly rate for this position is $29.12 + $1.00 p/h shift differential per hour.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Rotate through each lean cell function and rotation through other lean cells.
+ Perform visual and physical inspection of parts using functional measuring equipment.
+ Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) know how to detect an out-of-control condition as well as other problem-solving methodologies to ensure quality of product.
+ Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
