Doosan PUMA 1214, Toshiba 150, and Toshiba 200

5-Axis Machines (Mill/Turn) – DMG Mori with Siemens control

CNC Boring Bar and/or Vertical Machining Center

CNC Lathe

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, models, routing instructions, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements.

Determine tooling requirements, setup procedures and control settings.

Set up CNC machine with setup blocks, fixtures, clamps, or any other necessary devices to receive and hold parts/components for safe machining operation.
