This position supports daily production by setting up and operating CNC and conventional machining equipment to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. The role requires a strong quality-focused and continuous improvement mindset and involves working with a variety of materials, components, and special customer-specific setups.

Duties:
Including but not limited to:

Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and conventional machining equipment.

Program and edit machine operations using M-code, G-code, and conversational programming languages.

Machine a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics.

Study blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, manuals, and sample parts to determine machining requirements.

Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on materials and workpieces.
