**CNC Machinist**

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to support our manufacturing operations by producing high-precision components in a fast-paced machine shop environment. This position requires hands-on expertise with CNC equipment, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis equipment.
+ Prepare machines for production runs by loading tools, fixtures, and materials.
+ Retrieve, verify, and run machining programs from company systems.
+ Modify and optimize programs through G-code and M-code editing as needed.
+ Manufacture parts to exact specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.
