**Job Description**

As a CNC Machinist, you will read and interpret blueprints to execute daily machining tasks, with a strong focus on producing high-precision aerospace components. You will set up machines and perform basic troubleshooting independently to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are consistently met.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints for precision machining tasks.
+ Set up machines and perform basic troubleshooting.
+ Operate mills and lead a team of machinists.
+ Ensure precision in machine operations using micrometers and calipers.

**Essential Skills**

+ 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
+ Proficient in either: CNC Milling/CNC Lathe/CNC Mill-Turn/CNC Grinding
+ 5+ years of consistent experience in blueprint reading.
+ Extensive experience with GD&T.
+ Experience in aerospace, nuclear, and medical device industries.
