**Job Title: Machinist – Team Lead** **Job Description**
This role combines hands-on machining with leadership responsibilities in a modern, climate-controlled shop. You will interpret complex blueprints, set up and operate mills, lathes, and CNC grinding machines, and perform basic troubleshooting independently. In addition to operating your own machines, you will lead a team of machinists to ensure high-quality, tight-tolerance parts are produced efficiently and safely.

+ Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute daily machining tasks.
+ Set up mills, lathes, and CNC grinding machines, including tooling, fixtures, and offsets, to meet job specifications.
