**CNC Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift - $42/hr - Direct Placement**

**Job Description**

The CNC Maintenance Technician performs preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of CNC machines, handling both mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting. This role focuses on keeping equipment such as Mazak, DMG, HAAS mills and lathes running efficiently, primarily using Fanuc controls, by diagnosing issues through fault codes and completing timely repairs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
+ Respond promptly to reactive maintenance needs on CNC equipment, addressing both mechanical and electrical issues.
+ Diagnose equipment problems by reading and interpreting fault codes, then determine and implement appropriate corrective actions.
