**Job Summary**

Dyersville Die Cast is hiring an experienced **CNC Manager** to lead our CNC machining department. This position is responsible for managing daily CNC operations, production schedules, employee performance, machine utilization, quality, safety, tooling, setups, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on CNC machining experience, previous leadership experience, and the ability to drive accountability, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
