**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented **CNC Mill Machine Operator** to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate **Haas and Okuma CNC mills** in a quality-driven job shop environment where precision matters more than speed.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate **CNC mills (Haas & Okuma)** for production jobs
+ Read and interpret **blueprints and technical drawings**
+ Set up machines by changing **tools, fixtures, and workholding**
+ Monitor machines during runs to ensure **consistent quality**
+ Inspect parts using:
+ Micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
+ Perform **in-process and final inspections**
+ Troubleshoot issues (dimensions, finish, tooling) and make adjustments
