**Job Title: CNC Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators/Machinists for three urgent openings on the 3rd shift. Join our fast-paced, quality-driven environment where you will be responsible for the operation of a specific machine cell. You will initially train on the 1st shift and will transition to the 3rd shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate machines and equipment.
+ Run CNC machinery, including Victor lathe, press, and Wissner.
+ Ensure consistent part quality and collaborate effectively with team members to support production flow.
+ Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
+ Perform manual machine setup and breakdown.
+ Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and verniers.
