We are looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a leading bespoke textile manufacturing company based in Eastbourne on a temporary to permanent basis. Duties will include:
* Operating CNC textile cutting machines efficiently and safely
* Producing high-quality cut materials in line with customer specifications
* Carrying out quality checks and ensuring attention to detail at all times
* Working closely with production and other departments to meet deadlines
* Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department
