Responsibilities: - Set up and operate Hurco, Fanuc and Mazak controls to hit production targets
- Apply metric, inch, ACME, and Buttress threading for precision components
- Follow ISO and quality control procedures to ensure compliance
- Plan production activities to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Work with materials like AISI4140, 4340, INCONEL 625, 718, Brass and Bronze
- Monitor machining time to extend tool life and reduce wear
- Reduce costs and cycle times to boost productivity
- Coordinate schedules to ensure on‑time delivery
Requirements: - Knowledge of ISO and quality control
- Understanding of process and production planning
