-Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Virtual Gibbs / GibbsCAM software, including complex indexing for CNC Mills.

-Set up CNC Milling and CNC Lathe machines; run production parts as needed.

-Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks to meet strict tolerance requirements (+/- .0002 for Lathes and +/- .0005 for Mills).
