What You'll Do

+ Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software

+ Program CNC mills and lathes for custom and one-off manufacturing projects

+ Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings

+ Support machine setup, prove-outs, and first-piece inspections

+ Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to ensure quality production

+ Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and part quality

+ Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and reduce cycle times

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the shop
