We are seeking an experienced
CNC Setup Operator
to support our machining operations. This role focuses on machine setup, tooling configuration, and program validation to ensure high-quality production of precision parts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting blueprints and preparing CNC equipment for efficient and accurate operation.

• Set up CNC mills and lathes by installing tooling, fixtures, and jigs according to blueprints


• Load and verify CNC programs to ensure proper operation (no programming required)


• Perform
  first article inspections
  to confirm parts meet specifications


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine setup, tooling, or program execution


• Make necessary adjustments to machine offsets, speeds, and feeds for new jobs
