About the Role

We have built an incredible team, a strong product foundation, and a highly collaborative culture. However, we are too friendly. We need an execution powerhouse to step in as a Co-Founder & Operational Leader to bring structure, discipline, and uncompromising accountability to our daily operations.

In this role, you are the ultimate driver of timelines. You will manage the execution of the entire team—including the original Founder. The Founder is stepping away from day-to-day project tracking to focus purely on product development and culture, meaning you will have full authority to set deadlines, enforce metrics, and act as the operational anchor of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce Accountability: Establish clear, strict, and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deadlines for all departments.
