As a **Talent Acquisition Co-op** on the Students and Early Careers team, you will play a vital role in supporting three Lead Recruiters who are focused on attracting and hiring top early-career talent. This position offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to strategic initiatives that shape Delta’s future workforce.

This co-op starts in Spring 2027 and will complete the following 2 alternating rotations onsite in Atlanta, GA.

+ Spring 2027 – 1st rotation
+ Fall 2027 – 2nd rotation
