Position Overview
Oversee the daily operations of the centre and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
β Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and professionalism throughout the facility.
β Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, offices, and workspaces are fully operational and client-ready at all times.
β Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
β Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and members.
β Manage client onboarding, orientation, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and exits.
β Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
