Insight Global is seeking a Staff Engineer (Coal/Biomass) serves as a senior-level technical expert within Dominion Energy’s Power Generation Operations Support Team. This individual provides engineering leadership and subject matter expertise supporting coal and biomass generating assets across the fleet. The role is responsible for supporting boiler operations, fuel handling systems, air pollution control equipment, ash handling, and waste management systems while partnering closely with plant operations, maintenance, fuel procurement, energy supply, and strategic planning teams. The position requires advanced technical knowledge of solid fuel combustion, emissions control technologies, power generation operations, and project execution.
