Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering 7–15 years’ experience in coal processing or mineral plant operations Strong knowledge of coal beneficiation processes (DMS, flotation, screening, etc.) Experience with process control systems (SCADA/PLC) Strong leadership and team management experience Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills Experience in production and cost optimisation in mining environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
