Job Summary
TheCoating Technician will ensure tools are free of dirt, oil, or any debris that could have anaffecton the coating process. Ensures all tools coated meet the conformance standards called out in the customer specifications for coating. Responsible for machine set up and managing inventory levels of coating materials as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Check all job packets to ensure correct coating is applied to tools.
Clean tools using the established process with the V80 cleaning system.
Make sure the carousel is loaded with proper sizedtoolsand the proper length of cut is showing out of the holder.
Prepare coating (pi 80) for coatingsetthe parameters for coating properMicronsonmicro tools.
Tube and label tools for shipping.
Mustmaintainthe cleanliness and organization of the cleaning and coating area.
