Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams, RGM develops pricing, promotional, assortment, and pack strategies that maximize value for both our customers and consumers. By combining data, analytics, and commercial insights, the team helps shape business decisions that accelerate growth while ensuring long-term value creation across our markets.
