Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, raw materials and necessary preparations for daily service.
• Support chefs and cooks in the preparation of the various dishes on the menu.
• Participate in the assembly, presentation and delivery of dishes to service staff.
• Verify the quality, presentation and conservation of preparations before service.
• Maintain work areas, utensils, equipment and service zones clean, organized and in optimal condition.
• Support the reception, storage and correct rotation of food and supplies.
• Supervise auxiliary staff in the preparation and adequate handling of food.
