Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Design Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in Cockpit and Instrument Panel (IP) systems to join our engineering team in Saltillo. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of automotive interior components from concept to production. Operating in a hybrid work model, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, tooling suppliers, and OEM customers to deliver high-quality interior systems that meet strict automotive standards.
