About the Role

We are looking for a Cocoa Pricing and Position Manager to join our team that will lead for the execution of the cocoa pricing based on global customer agreements. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to align pricing strategies, support regional pricing teams and ensure smooth, accurate contract execution. Your ability to turn complex market movements into clear, actionable pricing insights will make you a trusted partner for customers and colleagues alike.

You will gain deep visibility into BCs global cocoa network (from origin to customer) and develop a strong understanding of global flows and market interdependencies. You will also help strengthen the connection between our Cocoa and Chocolate businesses by providing valuable cocoa insights that directly support chocolate commercial decisions.
