The COD Controller is responsible for managing and reconciling all Cash on Delivery transactions, ensuring accurate cash collection, payment tracking, reporting, and reconciliation. The role supports financial accuracy, minimizes discrepancies, and ensures timely processing of COD payments between customers, drivers, and the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile daily Cash on Delivery transactions.
• Verify cash collections received from drivers, couriers, or sales teams.
