This recruitment post is for a full‑time role based at our Manufacturing facility located at Ancaster, Ontario. The incumbent will work an afternoon shift schedule starting at 2:00pm and ending at 10:30pm.

Role Responsibilities

• Unload, store, open, and dump green coffee beans into the receiving silos
• Ensure the proper quantity and type of green coffee bean is always available from the silos
• Blend, bag, and weigh blended green coffee for outbound shipments
• Set up and safely operate packaging machines, including completing start‑up checklists
• Perform quality checks, including inspection and cleaning of magnets
• Complete production reports
