Position Overview

            Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to the required standard 
Allocation of duties and ensuring smooth operations within the kitchen 
Oversee kitchen-related duties, including stock checks, inventory management, and ordering of supplies 
Uphold strict kitchen cleanliness and ensure all food is stored, prepared, and presented safely and hygienically 
Requirements: Willing to work on weekends and public holiday 
Able to withstand long hours of standing 
Able to accept non-air-conditioned environment 
Willing to accept and comply with the company's deployment arrangements
