Skills include techniques to overcome mental barriers that could limit performance, methods to effectively build mental toughness to persevere in high pressure situations, and strategies to improve overall well-being and resilience.
+ Applies evidence-based literature to train and educate personnel on areas to include goal setting, visualization, energy management, attention sustainment, sleep management, and overall human performance optimization. (50%)
+ Conducts individual and group assessments to include observation, data collection, interviews, and consultations with organizational leaders to customize programs for optimizing and sustaining high levels of performance. (20%)
