Growth Nexus is looking for a motivated and experienced Dispatch Cold Calling Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and experience in dispatch or sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients Generate leads and close sales opportunities Maintain client relationships and follow-ups Coordinate with dispatch operations efficiently Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in dispatch cold calling or sales Excellent English communication skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work night shifts Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
