**Cold Room Operator - Moses Lake Production Campus**

**Summary**

This job is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Cold Room (Day Room) and Vestibule and for ensuring that product meets sizing specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ The Cold Room Operator, with direction from the Packaging Supervisor, works as a team member with other area personnel in order to support shift goals in the packaging of finished product, which includes tote dumping, length control, frozen waste, sanitation, food safety, and documentation necessary for record keeping.
