Title L2 Collaboration Engineer

Job Description - Must have 6+ yrs
- Strong experience in CUCM, CMS or Webex (On Prem/VC)
- CMS Architecture: Configure and troubleshoot core CMS components, including Call Bridge clustering, Web Bridge, Database replication, and Recorder/Streamer.
- CUCM Integration: Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- CMS API Utilization: Leverage the CMS API to configure advanced parameters not available in the GUI and automate bulk provisioning tasks.
- Automation Scripting: Develop Python scripts to automate health checks, log analysis, and routine maintenance for CMS and CUCM environments.
- DevOps Integration: Apply DevOps practices (e.g., Git,...
