· Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting, configuration, and administration skills to manage the Production environment on Voice IPT Infrastructure.

· Need a clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, SCCP, H.323 and MGCP Ability to analyze and troubleshoot call flows.
