Responsibilities

• Provide Colleague implementation support including training, functional consulting, and technical support
• Analyze business processes for student billing, payments, refunds, and collections
• Work with stakeholders to align solutions with institutional policies and regulations
• Propose and implement continuous improvements for the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience with the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module
• Experience implementing the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module
• Expertise in student billing, payment processing, refund disbursement, and collections
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the module
• Experience developing reports such as aging reports and billing summaries...
